The DMF Team are at it again...
...We are starting to gird our loins now in readiness for our next Music Festival in May - we're eighteen this year! - and trying to come up with ways to raise enough funds in time to pay all our lovely performers, not to mention the sound and lighting engineers, venues, and all the other various organisations and individuals who help to make the whole thing possible.
Our first FR event is a Music Quiz on Wednesday 11th March, which is kindly being hosted by those lovely people at Cafe Alf Resco (thank you Kate, Peter & Co).
The good news is that the tickets are only £17.50 pp to include a delicious two course home-cooked meal.
The not-quite-so-good news is that there are only 60 tickets - ten tables of six - available and if past quizzes are anything to go by they will sell out fast, so make sure you don't miss out!
Tickets will be on sale soon from No. 11 Clothing in Victoria Road (thank you James and Gemma).
It's a 7.00pm for 7.30pm start and should and be a fun evening - we look forward to seeing you there.
We'll also have some exciting news about a very prestigious event scheduled for April - more details in due course so watch this space...
