Dart Music Festival committee would like to give a warm welcome to Dartmouth to Monty Halls, partner Tamsyn, baby daughter Isla and of course not forgetting Reuben. We hope they will be very happy in Dartmouth and will enjoy their first experience of the Music Festival.
